Ugh good god No. On average, women in southern California are much hotter. And they don't dress like 8 year olds.

That said, I'm from New England and went to college down South, and the styles and effort put into one's hair and makeup were very, very different (at least they were 20 years ago). You have to like the made-up look vs. a more natural one, but the difference was dramatic. All that said, I have a feeling that the differences aren't as great now thanks to YouTube makeup blogs and hair tutorials and such.

There's always an exception to every rule. And I believe I said "there's a high probability"... but in any case - let me ask you this. You claim your hair is naturally stick straight. But if you're like most people I know, your hair is not natural and hasn't been for years. You've likely bleached your hair at some point, or got highlights, or got some treatment done to it. You probably even use special shampoos or conditioners designed to keep your hair straight. With that in mind - can you still say that you have naturally straight hair?
