This is more an early 00's thing, but I remember surviving almost completely on Lean Pockets and something called Chicken Voila! in my first apartment during college. I actually considered myself to be "cooking" when I dumped the frozen Voila stuff into a pan and heated it through. Bless my heart.

Chicken Kiev (still exists, but the chicken quality isn't great, and I don't know any restaurants that make it)
Chex Mix, but made with an ungodly amount of butter
Banana Slush - homemade. The adults would add a little tipple.
And until I was about five, my retired baker grandfather made all our bread. It was amazing.
Grandma's Strawberry Jam!

Salad made with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and that Four seasons salad dressing that you mixed up in a little carafe.

Taco "salad" where Doritos were the primary vehicle for the topping!

KFC used to sell a chocolate pudding that I loved.

My husband and I are both the same age, but he has no recollection of the Wendy's Superbar, and it just makes me sad for him.

I would pay a not small amount of money for a rally burger and spicy curly fries from Rally's... Which ironically enough, we ate because we were so poor.

That awful grey slimey "chop suey" in a can. I thought I hated Chinese food.

Ham salad from the deli. I hated it as a kid. Haven't ever seen it as an adult.

1/2 cow of not so great beef delivered to our freezer and endless napoleon dynamite steaks for dinner every nite with some rice roni type side or baked potato. With canned veggies. Ugh.
