Just for the record, RM/IB had 34 NMSF out of about 100 kids with cutoff score 2pt higher than Va. If MD's cutoff was 219, I am sure at least 6 more kids (probably more) would have made the cut.

Or we could add another 100 kids on the MD number because kids in MD have to score several points HIGHER to be NMSF.a couple points are lots of kids. Honestly, both MD and VA have very smart kids.

It compares the 2012 test results for the school district with other countries. The % it will show is the %ile compared to those countries listed that the school district is compared to.

MCPS math is 57%, reading 65%
FCPS math is 51%, reading 56%

Interestingly, HoCo beats both at 64%/71% respectively. I know HoCo doesn't have as much FARMS kids, so that may impact the score.

Again, this is 2012 so I'm sure things have changed, though, probably not by much(?).
