A frirnd of mine worked at a slaughterhouse where a colleague lost three fingers in an accident. They ended up mixed in with 500 pounds of meet. The inspectors decided it was within the tolerances and allowed it through, ground fingers and all.

Me too!! I keep reading this thread and getting more and more grossed out. I've recently switched to a whole food plant diet and so glad I have. I at least can wash off my fruits and veggies and not have to worry about body parts, insects and worms being inside and ground up to where I can't see them. UGH! So disgusted!
