Subject: Can someone please tell me what to do

That's my update, sorry there's not more closure or resolution. Thank you for being there for me in the darkest part of the night. One thing is for certain I am definitely going back to counseling so I can find my voice again.

Good for you OP. I am so glad that you stood up for yourself and have been thinking of you all day. You absolutely dont deserve to be treated that way and I think you should spend another night in the hotel. Or better yet have him do it. He sounds like a very weak man, bullying his pregnant wife over some minor cleaning.
Definitely go to counseling, and I hope you will just really value yourself. If I were you I would get a hotel room, get some room service, buy a movie, and maybe take a soak in the tub. Just pamper myself and try to make myself feel better.

Actually OP texted, husband was already asleep, not knowing where she was, then she called to talk to him and then he gave a prompted apology. Nothing makes it okay that he didn't call her this morning after a blowout like that.
Actually, maybe the husband realized that this was a precarious situation and had done a really smart thing and backed away until things calmed down; unfortunately, situations like this do lead to raging tempers.
Chances are this thing is going to blow over or be put on the back burner, especially with relatives coming to stay for 40 days after the baby's birth and moving to another home, all lifestyle changes which will likely create added stress.
Possible, but the more likely reason is he just doesn't give a fuck, as evidenced by his going to bed without trying to reach his very pregnant wife left the house in a robe and flip flops, not knowing where she was going.

No, thats not a rational or compassionate approach to the situation, especially considering she texted him, indicating she wanted to talk. And of course- this incident happened last night. By this morning, all parties would have been calm.
If seeing your dog go to the bathroom really puts you in a "raging temper", then you have some very serious issues.
