It was pretty standard fare when I worked in the corporate sector. If a female employee with a male boss was placed on probation, terminated or otherwise disciplined, we would invariably get a complaint about sexual harassment. It would only surface when such personnel action was contemplated.
Less so with age discrimination charges and even charges of racism.
