Subject: Pay and benefits: how much PTO do you get?
I'm w/ a great company that has a "flexible leave policy" - basically if my manager approves I can take off, so essentially unlimited PTO.

In my experience, self employed = no vacation days ever. Good pay but you are always "on the clock
True. I can do my work whenever I want, but if I don't get my work done, I don't get paid!
