Being fit is so important to your health and I assume if you are on here, you are a mother. 30 minutes a day and watching what you eat, unless you have health problems, should be all that it takes for most people to be fit. Is there an aesthetic inspiration, as well? Of course, and wearing a bikini can be a kind of reward. My SIL is 60, she rocks a conservative bikini. Her figure is slim to average, small waisted and slightly heavy, but toned legs, so this style looks best on her. She's my inspiration because she is healthy and works to stay in shape.
What people forget is that making a suit like this work for a 37 year old woman who presumably has had kids goes beyond her being simply "fit." OP, be honest. How's the cellulite? Saggy knees? Poofy stomach? Skinny arms? Vericose veins? Any of these can start appearing at your age and would kill a suit like this.
