Your statement makes no sense.
IF you cheat and break the vows, they are broken. How can divorce break a vow that's already broken?

It possibly can but not from a energetic standpoint - more so from a "Deep-guilty-feeling-damn-I-gotta-be-on-my-P's-and-Q's-to-look-at-my-spouse-in-the-mirror-again" standpoint.
