OP, I would not be okay with this, at all. Presumably you both sacrificed at lot during his training (time, luxuries) and I'd want to reap the benefits now. Not take a big risk. How could he throw it all away?!?

He already makes $600k/year (well, the 8 months of the year that he works). You guys are already rich. You are on track to having an 8-figure net worth and you don't even work. Who needs $100 million?
