City Zip Mean Family
McLean 22101 $205,408.00
Arlington 22207 $200,642.00
Well, there's that, plus the fact that the wealthiest parts of McLean aren't adjacent to Arlington, whereas the wealthiest parts of Arlington are adjacent to McLean.

By the way, the average income in McLean 22102...you know the one that borders great falls?

For gods sake, a 1.5 million house in Arlington, McLean, Bethesda, wherever is still well beyond the means of most non DCUM types. Why the dick waving? Some people like big houses on big lots, some people like medium houses on 8000 sq foot lots.

Not accurate, look more carefully. The wealthiest "block groups" of Arlington border the Potomac river and the Country Club, not McLean. At least according to the dubious GIS tracker you posted earlier.
