Yes, if my DH was making $350K and we had substantial savings, I wouldn't think twice about turning down a job that would require me to work a lot and travel. After payroll, income and state taxes, you'll only bring home around 55% of your salary. Then when you factor in child care for when you're not home and traveling, plus all the other misc things you'll spend money on from working (dry cleaning, transportation to/from work, etc.), you won't be left with enough to justify the stress this job will cause you and your family. However, if you fear you'll regret turning this job down, accept it with the idea that if you're not happy in 6 months, you can quit.
