Yes I would. And I would marry one too. I think it is important to figure out how much money you need to make you happy in life.
There are some people who need a 6 figure income and then there are some who can do with less. A high paying job comes at the expense of your personal time sometimes - and for me that is a big consideration. I do not want to die with a couple million dollars sitting in my bank - cause- for me it signifies the hours I spent earning that money that I can't take with me. Instead I could have enjoyed that time doing something I like to do.
If married...together your income should be what both of you are comfortable with. I am not a believer in living in poverty or not being able to pay your bills. But after you have taken care of whatever you think needs to be taken care of, you need to make a decision to ease off. There is a high cost to you to get that high pay.
With that philosophy, I would rather have a DH who is not too tired to make love to me...

I did and then married him. 10 years later I still make more. I never really thought through the additional pressure it would place on me work wise or the fact that I would never be able to stay home with our children if we also wanted to afford our very modest home. I am definitely not one who believes the man should be the sole wage earner or the greater wage earner in a family just because he is a man. But on the other hand, sometimes it would be nice to feel taken care of and not have to worry about work.
