See fourth paragraph, first sentence:
"FCPS staff members chose to administer the custom form of the CogAT this year after it came to our attention that some students, in previous years, had prepared for the CogAT using the exact form of the CogAT being administered in FCPS."
Test prep in advance of the AAP testing is the reason they have changed the test here and it is why some places are simply not using these test scores to identify kids for certain programs anymore. I won't be surprised if it happens here.
