I was prochoice, raised by a baby boomer generation that preached if you were pro life you were a religious zealot and anti- woman. (which I was neither) Just taking a few biology and anatomy classes I realized that it either is or isn't a baby growing from the beginning. Having my own first sonogram at 6 weeks convinced me further. I know there are terrible circumstances where a mother has to choose between her life or the babies or women are raped and they may feel suicidal if they were forced to have the baby. But many women believe that it is nothing to have an abortion and it is just sad. Women say," well it is my body". But unfortunately for the baby you are the only one that can choose to protect it.

Is every living cell in my body a "baby?" What valuations or measures are you using to define "life" and/or "baby?"

I have yet to find a local parish run by priests who are more committed to social justice and inspiring people to do good as opposed to all the ones who insist upon spewing anti everything rhetoric.
