Great for you, but the poor parents without gifted children are shit out of luck in Silver Spring middle and high schools? They will not receive the same level of teachers or education that your children receive. As a matter of fact, the non-magnet classrooms have the most disciplinary problems, teachers who don't care, and the bar is set low for those students. You will be singing a different tune if your kids were left in the regular class with "those other" students.
