So much depends on the facial expression, tone of voice, and relationship of the people involved. There are difficult or sad times in life when someone may say only, "I'm so very sorry" and give a hug. It can be enough.

I know people from other countries call it a dum dum, I have heard binkey but I hate that worse than paci
