There will be no white privilege in the future, which is fine b/c we'll have a brown country by the time my kids are grown. They, however, will be fair-skinned beauties - standing out among the crowds. They will either be feared or revered - is my belief - and I don't like either option.

brings back memories of my first trip to my parents' hometown in Italy - I was as fair as could be - La Bionda - and people were in awe of my blonde hair, green eyes and fair skin. It was a weird feeling.

So what OP brings up is very real. Sadly, so many of you are way too PC to deal with a nerve that's been hit! So either learn now or suffer later b/c your white ass will no longer be THE white ass.

There's a huge difference between no longer being more than 50% of the population and being a "minority."

Even if they are a plurality, they'll be the biggest group.

This whole discussion is stupid. A nuclear bomb will detonate in some city in the next 5 years. The us economy will fail in the next 5 years . You might want to get them ready to work for all those minorities. They seem to be creating a lot of good companies in the DC area.

I disagree with those who say not to worry. I've already known people who have been denied careers due to the color of their skin. I know one police force that completely stopped hiring white officers so that they could bulk up on minorities. They even talked about purging or early retirement. Why should I not worry about this? History has shown that life as a minority can be unkind.

Tell your children to marry people of color to ensure their kids get all the advantages they can in life.

Thanks for the current events lesson, but the previous poster was referring to South Africa and so it's really unclear why you keep talking about Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe was never part of South Africa.
