I gave in to the whole "do you need to use the potty..." when our kids were between 2-7, but my wife still uses that term now and they are 11 and 13 and it really creeps me out.

Not just subs, ageplay subs exclusively. Very few doms call standard subs littles; this is a specific fetish.
