I would say quality is comparable if you are looking for the basics...but never buy shoes there....just terrible and cheap looking. They look like they would melt if you were in a room above 70 degrees.

No problem with Target. If you shop carefully, you can get basic pieces anywhere. No need to spend $50 on a cotton cardigan.
