I'm the saddest person on the planet some animal control lady came and sad I have to get rid of my dog because he is barking to much I can't control his barking he's a dog and he barks ??????????????????iv had this dog side I was little and he is my best friend I wish I could do some so he don't have to go because I now if my dog Ozzy hose to an animal shelter he will be put to sleep immmmmmmmmmm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad

Yeah sorry. If you can't afford 200 in emergency funds, you shouldn't have a pet. They cost money, sometime s lots of it. Duh.

If you cannot scramble $200 on short notice, you should not have a pet. They tend not to have emergencies on a schedule. Love doesnt pay the vet/shelter bills.

OP, I totally understand what you are feeling: you are angry at being made to feel at fault when you had taken precautions against the dog escaping, and you believe somebody else is responsible for letting the dog out.

Get the dog, and forget about the whole. I could tell you stories about the insane animal shelters around the country...
