Frozen green beans really got you down?

You can get fresh greens 365 days a year at Giant.

Yes, green beans are very "fresh" this time of year. They certainly didn't travel far, and they never sit for a few days at the grocery store. They're totally "fresh."

What I buy:

-cage free egg whites
-coffee cream
-cage free eggs at a reasonable price
-cheese & nuts
-marinara sauce
-olive oil & sea salt popcorn
-italian turkey breast deli meat
-tomatoes, kale, spinach, garlic, avocado, apples and other produce -- all seem to be more reasonably priced than regular grocery stores
-hummus
-frozen indian dishes for occasional lunches
-100 calorie dark chocolate bars, and the little tins of dark chocolate & caramel wedges with sea salt
-bags of sweet onions
-lean ground beef, chicken breast
-frozen turkey burgers
-whole wheat english muffins, ww pita bread, and ww hand made tortillas
-reasonably priced bags of frozen berries for smoothies
-big bottle of olive oil with pour spout
-salsas

I tend to stay away from the cookies, cakes, ice creams, etc. that everyone else raves about, just because I cannot be trusted around them and I'm already fat enough, but many of them are delicious. Oh, chocolate covered peppermint joe-joe's... (I still have a box from Christmas actually! I wonder how much I could get for it on ebay.)

Rosemary Raisin Crisps
Speculoos cookies
Fettuccine Alfredo
Yellow curry sauce
Ultimate vanilla wafers
And all for a fraction of the price of comparable products at Safeway or Giant.

These are the reasons I love you, Trader Joe.

Yes. They're pretty good, but I prefer the pork potstickers.

Pub cheese with horseradish.

You're welcome.

Whoever suggested the 'smores bites and nuking them for a few seconds...I can't decide if I love you or hate you.

My other vice from TJ's: peanut butter filled dark chocolate cupcakes. Heaven in 10 bites.
