Could this have been the poimt of how badly it was being done?

Maybe that’s obvious to other people, but it hadn’t occurred to me before that this event, and it’s lineup, could have been bungled so badly on purpose as a way to grab public funds for personal interest.

We have endless money to waste on this nonsense, but not enough to fund SS, Medicare, education, science, the arts, or the national parks. DOGE was pointless.
