Trump's ICE held him for 700 days, until he was released under Biden's incoming administration.

You have been so utterly brainwashed.
They do have immunity - just like any law enforcement. They cannot be prosecuted for doing their jobs.
ICE has located, arrested, and deported hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens over the past year and a half. The only incidents you hear about are those that happen in areas where the liberal mob descend and protest and often obstruct their work. That is what happened with the two people who died during the protests. And, these incidents both happened in a sanctuary city where the local law enforcement are prohibited from working with ICE. Had the local officials been on site to prevent the mob from obstructing the ICE officials, neither incident would have happened.
ICE has also located and rescued over 145,000 children out of the over 300,000 the Biden administration lost track of.
This was back in January. More have been rescued since then.
The public should be thanking ICE, not demonizing them.

Here is what you can’t see in the preview….
“This case illustrates the importance of third country removals to public safety. Now, thanks to President Trump, criminals including murderers, gang members, rapists, pedophiles, and terrorists, who judges have ordered cannot return to their home countries, can be removed from the United States and sent to a third country.”
Did Trump charge the law? The judge ruled he couldn’t be sent to Sierra Leone? Believe it or not, the Trump administration is supposed to follow the law and judge’s rulings.
MAGAs think that Trump is above the law. He can do whatever TF he wants.
Actually he could be sent to a third country, according to SCOTUS.
Unfortunately he has committed a murder and now Americans will be paying for him. Unless of course he is sent to CECOT in El Salvador to serve his sentence which would be fine with me.

a judge ruled that he could not be removed to his home country of Sierra Leone. This ruling was based on the lack of a third country willing to accept him for deportation.
