I am on a beta blocker, and have no thyroid, oh, and post menopausal.
I eat about 1100 to 1320 cal a day, exercise every damn day and am on my feet.
The weight will not drop. If I even eat 200 cal even one day or do not track for a few days, I will shoot up immediately.

It does not sound like you are logging calories correctly.
Either that or your body sciences different than every other organism on the planet.
No, I am certainly logging everything correctly . Your widget in widget out philosophy just doesn't pan out for millions of people, or maybe you do not have these problems, such as no thyroid and cardiac issues stemming from no thyroid. Some of us aren't like every organism on the planet and most post menopausal women will be happy to corroborate. Oh, I should mention that I am a vegan, too.
It’s not a “philosophy”. It’s a thermodynamic law. Nothing you mentioned is an exception to physics. If you think you have found an exception, publish the paper and submit it to peer review.
You are just in a plateau. If you maintain a deficit you will lose weight.
Well I have been in a plateau for 2 years.
Tell me that you don't understand metabolism, thyroid disease, and pharmacological beta blockers and arrythmia agents without saying it. Just doesn't work the way you think, buddy. Hope you are not someone's personal trainer, because you are not informed. I don't have to publish papers, there's plenty written on this topic, but you have to actually learn to read. Here's a way to get started

The human body is not a closed system of thermodynamics. I’m pretty sure that this is accepted fact and doesn’t need a published paper.

Still love her, but yes - it sucks OP.
Obviously people can get cosmetic surgery to look better; but being fit just takes some minor discipline. Eating half decent and maybe 6-7 hours a week to be active/exercise.
It is not that hard.
Getting a 6 pack abs type in shape is next level, but to not have a belly or back fat is easy.
I’ve always been an exerciser. I have a normal BMI. I have a belly and back fat.
Sorry, BMI means nothing.
Belly and back fat are not attractive in swimsuits or tropical attire.
The question isn’t whether that’s attractive. The question is whether back and belly fat are easy to get rid of.
Where your body prefers to store fat is highly genetic.
I’m in good shape (cardio and strength training), eat healthfully, and have healthy body weight and body fat. I still store fat in those areas.
If you have a flabby stomach and back fat it is not attractive. At any age.
Being a female at 20-30% does mean if you are on the higher end of “healthy”, sure you will carry it differently than some women who win the genetic lottery and carry it in their boobs or something. But if you’re at 30% and need to get to 25 to lose that stubborn fat then short of surgery that is what you have to do.
So to be attractive you probably need to get closer to 20 than 30. Or be happy at 30, healthy and not look good for warm weather/swimsuit vacations.
Below 20 is like professional athlete for a female and if you are there you are looking at an 8 pack or 6 pack.
