Here’s a list of people in the MAGAsphere who have called for Bondi to resign. It’s not just libs who don’t like her.

This performance was scary in its utter disregard for any of the norms of an appearance before a Congressional committee.

You only behave like this ridiculous excuse for an Attorney General (and for a woman) behaved unless you are ready to participate in a dictatorship and believe you will either be part of the ruling junta or go down trying. Otherwise she is looking at a trial and a long prison sentence in the future.

That was a very scary hearing. This just shows the total lack of respect for democracy and the constitution.

I'm not that PP, and I lean left and oppose anything MAGA... but grandstanding is a time-honored Congressional practice Both sides do it when convenient to their agenda.

Yesterday AG Bondi was horribly disrespectful to the victims of Epstein's sex trafficking endeavor, and everyone could see that she was visibly stressed by the attacks lobed in her direction and could not manage to attack back with the cool demeanor that gaslighting requires. She needed aides to rescue her and she could not hide the fact she needed their support. She appeared weak. Gaslighting cannot work if you show you're desperately trying to gaslight.

So if you want to grade everyone on performance, Bondi just failed abysmally.

But don't say that representatives on the committee didn't grandstand. They did. They always do. That's not a failure. Apparently it's part of their job description.

I’ve been saying this forever. You cannot trust maga people in positions and professions that provide them access to children. They’ve proven again and again that AT BEST they are ambivalent about child abuse.

You need to accept that there is nuance in this world. Yes, they were grandstanding. They were trying to cow the AG and she called them on it. They all came off badly.
