We don’t/didn’t need more laws. I don’t like Trump, but he solved this problem in weeks by closing the boarder, and making a few calls to the Mexican president telling her to turn those people around. Now, no one even tries to enter the southern border illegally.

But there IS data that his completely performative, authoritarian and violent tactics have left communities shattered and allowed other crimes (sex trafficking being a big one) to proliferate. What was really needed, so that entire cities weren’t being invaded and attacked by these thugs and lowlifes was the funding and bipartisan cooperation that the legislation provided. What’s happening now is an absolute disgrace

The border stats are reported, you can find them yourself. Also, the networks during Biden used to cover the caravans traveling through Mexico, they must have magical just stopped broadcasting this b/c they love Trump, right?
