They preemptively reject everyone because they lack confidence that they can attract and keep anyone. Hence alone at 40.

Honestly, if you’re really into him otherwise and he’s cute, I’d sleep with him and see if it clicks. Might change your outlook and make you realize the height is a non-issue. Or if there’s no chemistry there, then oh well and move along.

Please do share what would you think about the boy who rejected your ugly daughter for being ugly?

My son is short and I don't think any girl who wants taller needs to date him. What the hell is wrong with you guys. No man is entitled to a woman.

What the hell is wrong with you? You’re a hypocrite, that’s what.

Most girls aren’t going to want to date your short son, just like your short son isn’t going to want to date ugly girls.

Calm down and try reading what I wrote. You're having a heated argument with your other personality. Girls who don't want my son don't have to date him and he doesn't have to date anyone he doesn't want. Romance and compulsion do not go together.

You’re a hypocrite based on your own words.

Most girls aren’t going to reject your son for being short and you’re going to judge them for it.

You're projecting your own personality. Why in the world would I want a woman to be with a man she doesn't want just because that man is my son? What kind of dynamic is that for my son?

You tell me. You are the one who posted about judging women for selecting male romantic partners based on attractiveness. Why would you do that?

I didn't write any such thing. Are you drunk?

np you are either not reading or just not understanding what pp is writing. She said very clearly that she doesn’t feel her son is entitled to date women that aren’t attracted to him. If they don’t want a short guy, they can move along.

He is three inches taller than you. At your height, this is not a big deal. At all.

I am 5 ft 7. It would be like me saying a guy 5’10 is too short. That would be ridiculous. Of course I would date a man my height or taller.

At 39! Get real

You all are crazy. Yes, even at 39, a person should date people they are attracted to.

This guy is very short and well below the average height for men. That’s fine for someone else, maybe not for Op.
