Republicans are so weird. A lot of it is a complete lack of empathy. He knows how to fake it in some ways but not in actual emergencies.

Today, someone collapsed in the oval office Here's Trump. In the video, RFK Jr. is seen calmly walking away not remotely trying to render any aid.

What does RFK Jr actually know about medical aid though?

He heads HHS. Of course he knows a great deal about medical aid. Don't be silly.

Wrong. He’s an environmental lawyer.

Sure he did. It's painfully transparent that they know how dementia-laden Trump looked in the moment so they're backfilling a story on his behalf.

Some of you people here are truly afflicted with the derangement syndrome.
The gentleman was receiving the care he needed. No need for Trump to intervene. Had he tried to - it WOULD have been Trump making it about him.
You people are simply broken.

Trump supporters have "derangement syndrome."

Trump at least stopped and looked, as an older person, his reflexes are slower.

Ok. Fair enough. But shouldn’t the president of the united states have pretty good reflexes? Shouldn’t they be good at responding to a crisis? Shouldn’t they be quick on their feet? Shouldn’t they be empathetic enough to at least react when someone collapses? Hand over mouth? Gasp? Something?

And don’t come at me with “but Biden!” Yeah, we know. Most Ds respect Biden and his service to our country. He was who we needed those four years to undo the damage Trump did, and he did a great job. But I don’t know a single democrat who wanted him to run for a second term. Why? Simply because he was too old.

Also, when we talk about how you people have set the bar so incredibly low for Trump that it is literally on the floor, this is what we are talking about. The man collapsed and you are giving Trump credit for stopping and looking? That’s it? He stopped talking and momentarily looked to see what all the commotion was about. The bare minimum.

Temu doctor. Temu president. Get out of our House. It’ll take months of fumigation to get the stench out.

What an absurd lie as dog&pony show. A man faints in the oval office while Trump is napping on the job, and a Trump lackey (and known fraud) had to go on TV and make it all about how wonderful the President is. Crave and shameless.

No, you can see his eyes are turned to their corners. He knows something is going on, he just can't be bothered, or is unable, to react.

He was startled out of his nap. He probably was thinking, “where is my bronzer?!”

When my elder parents wake up unexpectedly from a nap, they seem bewildered and trying to understand what’s happening. That’s the vibe I get.

No remotely sane person thinks Trump's reaction is ok or normal.

No look of concern or empty? The totally vacant look on his face as someone 4 feet away collapses?

It's completely and totally indefensible.

I don't think RFK was going to seek help. At least he moved, but there was also no look of concern in his body language or face. It looked more like "NopeNopeNope."

Looks like the broken person is the one who's just standing there lile nothing else is happening. The people who think this is ok are broken, too.
