I think 20-30% is decent (not great). So that's not what they are hiding. What they are hiding is the percentage of class admitted through ED rounds. The reddit poster estimates this percentage to be around 70-80%, which is unusually high.
Of course when you disclose ED acceptance rate, then people will know the percentage of class admitted through ED rounds. So, it's confidential.
