If you prove that the post-nup is fake/forged, he can get in a lot of trouble for being a fraud and that will help you get more in equitable division. Seems like a conniving bastard!!

You are assuming that downpayment was a marital money. If downpayment came out from husband's separate pre-marital account, then 550-110=440, and wife will get 220, husband will get 330. But we also didnt account for the cost of mortgage payoff and the sale expenses.
