lol no.
Do you not have eyes? There is definitely manopause.
Anonymous wrote:So I am 54. I have always been baby faced and it’s benefiting me now, or so I am told. I am too heavy, although not really fat — I am broad shouldered with 48” shoulders and 36” waist, so I am not thin. My full head hair is more grey than not, and I let it be so. I recently started taking better care of my skin, so I don’t really show that. I am physically active and 25 years of cycling and umpiring make my lower half rock solid (I do maybe a thousand squats a weekend during tournaments, so my quads and calves are like tree trunks).
I told the PT tech I was 54 the other day and he goes, “you don’t look it, dude.” I was legit surprised because I think I *do* look it. But I will take the compliment.
I am not trying to impress anyone. I just got remarried. I’d like to be around another 30-40 years to be her husband and see my kids marry and have families of their own.
I do make an effort to dress well now, something I didn’t do when I was younger (and poorer!). Covid did that to me — I got so sick of living in joggers and pyjamas and sweat pants, so I have steadily built a real wardrobe and invested in quality pieces. I think this projects confidence is when I go out with my wife. She also puts more effort into looking good for our outings; it’s a virtuous cycle.
So, it can be done. I think. Like I said, I think I am old AF. But, apparently some people believe I look a decade younger. So, who knows? I do think I look better now than I did in my mid-40s…

The OP’s question is about men. None of us are saying we look amazing.

Men don't hit a wall really, and age like wine IF they take care of themselves.
However like wine, eventually they do hit a wall, albeit a smaller wall, eventually. If they take care of themselves, that is usually in their 70s when they catch up to women in aging looks.
TLDR Women 40s-50s. Men 70s. Which is why a 10-20 year age gap is best for women/men.

Women who workout and take HRT age waay better than the men of similar age. Menopause or not.

I see many attractive 50s women profiles on Hinge in a large urban area. Maybe you live in West Virginia . Honestly, can’t even see a difference between 40 and 50 anymore - all the facial enhancements help women. Men rarely take a good care of themselves
I’m sorry, women in their 40s and 50s look old and unattractive. No surprise they aren’t the ones winning the beauty contests.

My 60 yo DH looks like this.
