Trump is also hiring thousands of rehired annuitants to supplement ICE resources. These retirees are able to continue to collect their pensions, are getting paid upwards of $195k additional per year, and $50k signing bonuses.
These people are enforcing the laws passed by Congress. If you have an issue with that, work to get the laws changed.
Show me exactly where Congress said they could refuse to identify themselves, hide their faces behind masks, violate due process and all of the other abuses. Show me where.

They are frequently violating due process.

Some crazy person will dox them and an even crazier person will go to their house to harm their family.

Complete fail. Nobody is going around doxing random police for no reason and it's a bullshit narrative lacking evidence to try and suggest this is happening. Doxing of police is rare and when it does happen it's been in direct response to police acting in abusive and potentially illegal ways.
Plus wearing masks and refusing to identify themselves sets police up for a real and justifiable risk of being shot by.citizens. https://www.foxnews.com/us/2-men-claiming-police-shot-killed-homeowner-authorities-say
Stop defending a bad practice by police, on proven bogus grounds for defending it.
I fully support what ICE is doing. Arresting and deporting those in the country illegally. I’m also ok with them wearing masks due to the previously discussed doxing threat.
Others disagree and that’s fine.
That’s gross, and it’s not fine, so most Americans will continue to fight it.
They're not fighting it NOW. They are not going to continue anything.

What, if anything, does this have to do with face coverings? This wasn’t a doxxing situation. [/quote
Next time they might target their aunt May or their butler Alfred]

The Nuremberg defense didn't go so well for many Germans "just following orders."
Nuremberg was after the Allies won and Germany was defeated. It was conducted by the victors. Are you suggesting Democrats stage a coup against a sitting President? There's a word for that, but I can't recall what it is...![]()
The word you are looking for is revolution. The president is the one staging a coup, not the Democrats. Catch up, please.
That’s unlikely, though, and the blue states just have to get their acts together. We can certainly arrest people for illegal acts during this presidency, he’s not going to pardon everyone if he even survives the term. He might not even be immune to everything, because they are far from official acts in many cases.
Please explain how a sitting President can stage a coup against himself?

He’s only a rightfully sitting president if the election is fair, and they are doing their best to cheat.

I hear what you are saying but it doesn't sound like a rock and a hard place. it sounds like a rock and really comfortable place. many, many people I know have lost your jobs. I'll save my sympathy for them and the people being detained and sent to concentration camps.
Calm down Francis.
We're rounding up illegals not running gas chambers. Your hyperbole is making it harder to take any of your other complaint seriously.
The mass firing of federal employees is probably illegal but it's not Nazi Germany.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Can someone please point to where it is illegal or against ICE policy to wear masks when carrying out their lawful duties? I'll wait.
Now you’re concerned about legalities? You weren’t concerned when thugs stormed the capitol on January 6. Nor were you concerned when they were pardoned. Clearly, there’s a lot of wiggle room in our laws and norms.
