Olympic National Park (particularly the shore and the forest)
The Grand Canyon. I honestly felt like seeing the grand canyon was like a religious experience, and I say that as an atheist
Grand Canyon = A big hole
You have to go into the “big hole” to truly experience Grand Canyon. Camping or staying at Phantom Ranch is a phenomenal experience. Also, North Rim is a much better than South Rim. Sadly, North Rim will be closed for awhile.
I'm the 'religious experience' poster and I was on the north rim when I went. Calling the grand canyon a big hole is like calling the pacific a big ocean or a redwood a big tree. Anything can be reduced with words, but the seeing of it is something else.
