Check out the beach neighborhoods near Annapolis with amenities like pools and docks. Ask about the traditions. Be warned the real life versions of Taylor are very annoying.

There are real "Stars Hollow" small towns all over the US, but the locals are not advertising it because they don't want what happened to Middleburg to happen to them. I live in a town like that in another state, and it's beginning here and there's really no way to stop it.


There is a way to stop it assuming state law gives your town the authority to ban short-term rentals.
