And way to move the goal posts. Trump campaigned on bringing back high quality, paying jobs not for Americans to get the pleasure of doing the jobs that illegal immigrants currently do. I don’t think that people on Appalachia want to pick crops and clean hotel rooms. They wanted the high paid manufacturing jobs he promised. Despite the usual lies the number of factory jobs have actually decreased under Trump so the tariffs aren’t bringing anything back.
