Once the last boomer retires the world will come to an end.

He and wife had a list of demands over the most minor things and so much they started contacted me directly. The final one was I am in DC 250 miles away with a new job and already selling house at a discounted price in mint condition. I go you want me to do a 500 mile round trip to do something that would take me five minutes when you are 25 years younger and live up the block. Long Long pause. Said will get back to me. His realtor calls me up and says yes they do or we have to find a new buyer. So I go on line. Issue was I left a small trampoline in yards. I get a guy who was confused on line. I tell him I have garbage pick up with a one day a week bulk pick up. Can you come to my house, unscrew a few screws and put the two pieces on curb for $100 bucks. He as like what. But did it.

Then buyer backed out or I got rid of him as he came up a new crazy list my favorite ICE maker not working. I flipped it off as house empty and told him flip it on and wait a few hours and come back. He goes can your realtor do that then text me picture.

I then dropped deal and sold to Boomer who loved it. He was laughing at story of small trampoline. He was like I would have kept it as I had grandkids and would have flip on icemaker switch. My realtor said Millenial deals fall apart all the time they are demanding, lazy and want it all and want it below market.

That isn't a millennial but cool story.

Yes that’s cusp Millennial/Gen Z. And most of us can’t afford homes so that is rare to start with.

Exactly. Why is this even a question?

We're trying to keep out jobs that are being Doge'd or sent to India or lost to AI. We don't have time for ineffective protests. Those are for people with nothing to do and time to waste.

You’re judging which generation is best based on who shows up to protests? Go anywhere and you’ll find usually it’s folks 60+… because they have something called TIME.

That is not the reason. The Boomers have ALWAYS done protests and demonstrations.

I agree! I'm the last of the Boomer generation and I am a lovely human being. I'm nice, easygoing, friendly, helpful. You screw with me and you will not be happy with the results, but you have to push me pretty hard to get to that place.

Gen X is age 45-60 right now. But anyway, I (age 47) was busy with my kids as were most millennials and younger Gen X probably.

I was busy adding various flags to my Twitter account.

Z are just weird.

Boomers both me because they can't use technology. wtf is a thitynothing?

That's a lie! They are experts at typewriters with carbon paper and fax machines. Their favorite communication medium is bicycle courier.

The Silent Generation and Boomers invented the internet.

Sort of. The Internet mainly passed by Boomers until they were forced to adopt it.

Also agree. Every generation blames the one before.

.....except for me. I blame the next generation. They are large in number and whine about everything. And they are taking us a step back in time with their 3 kids under 5 before 35 - SAHM - cut back of government support crap.

Same. I too blame the next generation. I'm only 30s but what the heck happened to Gen Z? They are so darn lazy

No, no, no. The trampoline is on you. Deal with your own crap unless it was part of the sale.
