No, I did click the link, and saw what you said. But you responded to a point saying the numbers went down indicating you disagreed with it. Which apparently you didn’t. This is why i was confused.
You might want to look at threads in context before you act like such a dick and insult people. It’s unnecessary, even when you are right. In this case, you were wrong.

Gen Z is aching for community. So there's actually been a pretty big uptick among young people choosing to go to church. Much more so than Millennials or Gen X.

This is not what I see in my church. We have a huge building with two services offered on Sunday, and it becoming increasingly full, especially with younger people and young couples. It is interesting phenomena, but definitely an increase in attendance this year.
Young people are bucking the trend and becoming increasingly more religious - that is a well documented phenomena.

And just as with the many other recent troll threads, the premise is wrong. People are moving from the mainline denominations to independent Christian churches. McLean Bible Church happens to be a local example of an independent church growing by leaps and bounds.
