EIGHT of them were taking payments from pharmaceutical corporations.
This is what Democrats love: CORRUPTION
That means 8 of them were actually knowledgeable about the process of vaccine development, testing, and administration. I cannot stress how very normal it is to have industry people on federal advisory committees. That is the WHOLE POINT of an advisory committee - to get expert advice by stakeholders. The way conflicts are addressed is through transparency and disclosure. there is an entire federal law about this called FACA, who knew!!!
lol the Occupy Wall Street era of the Democratic party is so over.
Hey dumdum - the same people who did Occupy Wall Street are the ones who support FACA. read a book.

IDK.. Amish are pretty hardy and their men can build a barn in a day.. Do they really have high mortality?
Most low testosterone men here couldn’t build a birdhouse, never mind cure cancer.
Most high testosterone men don’t have the IQ or scientific training to cure Cancer.
Cancer used to be a death sentence in the 1960s. Many people now live decades after being diagnosed with cancer. It takes generations of funding for teams of scientists and lab equipment to move things forward to a total cure of cancer for every person.
It amazes me that people want to go all “natural” is best for curing cancer, while allowing Trump to eliminate the EPA so companies can continue to dump toxic pollutants on the plebeians rather than reduce a single percentage point of profit.
Just so you know there is a positive correlation between testosterone and IQ.
Low T men also won’t go against consensus which is how things that obviously aren’t working persist.

Educated people with resources will get advice from their physicians and get their kids vaccinated as recommended . I can't imagine why insurance companies would not cover vaccines because it's a lot less expensive for them to cover the measles vaccine then the measles hospitalization.
Tough to say. Historically, wealthy elites have been likelier than population average to come up with a bespoke vaccination policy.
We'll go back a little further in history. Europeans would travel to Istanbul I believe with their families to get access. The idea of priming your immune system for protection against diseases and pathogens is not new at all.
Yeah exactly. The Q is whether the vaccines we're talking about are closer to those used in the Ottoman Empire in the 1800s or those used in Marin County in the 2000s.

As soon as vaccine rates fall below a certain rate, lots of people are going to get sick again, not just the Amish. Herd immunity can only protect the Anti-Vaxx free loaders up to a point.
As someone who works in pediatrics this is so depressing.
Every person who voted for Trump, who didn't vote or who wasted their vote on a third party or joke write in has blood on their hands.
Never read “How to have a Healthy Child in Spite of your Pediatrician”? You should.
