She is already in leadership. It doesn’t take much to get there in mcps especially if you are a minority. Facts. I felt that she is being groomed for higher admin roles based on her background. I see this a lot with admin who are on a fast track. Lots and lots of training out of the building so staff and students never see them or feel they are doing their job properly.
Sounds like she’s on the mcps fast track to leadership.
