Nobody is ripping anyone off. Parents are lined up to get their kid on a top team that wins. This is why over rostering occurs.
You just dont like what it takes to play in this type of environment. Guess what? It doesn't matter because other parents want this type of environment and flock to it.
So much parent ego. I was surprised to see parents basically sacrifice their DC development to sit on the bench on a “top team” just so they can tell people they are on a first team. So sad.
You're not a youth coach if you have u-littles sitting on bench with no playing time.
Your primary purpose as a youth coach is teaching then developing.
Players not getting similar playing time means coach is focused on the scoreboard, not teaching kids the game.
