Not a hoax, and it is killing people, many of whom are red-state Americans.
It's unfortunately what they wanted. We are still trying to stop the erasure of government agencies that are trying to help, but Republicans are fighting at every turn.
For some reason the GOP wants their constituents to die or be bankrupted by natural disaster and disease.

The Mexican Navy just crashed a ship into the Brooklyn Bridge and it's all Trump's fault.
He should have forseen this and created a federal department to issue a policy that Mexican ships are not allowed tp crash into any bridges in the State of New York on weekends.

I can’t wait for all of the ghoulish cackling from folks around here when Florida gets slammed by another major hurricane. 40-45 percent of Florida still leans left. But that’s low enough for the GOP to dominate statewide offices.
I feel bad for the children and animals being victimized by Trump and MAGA. As to MAGA directly, they can look for more expensive bootstraps at Walmart.
