Look up what the current speaker of the house believes and what he and other Christian nationalists are trying to accomplish for their god.

You have examples of religion causing harm. Even the fairly vague references give enough information for that to be wrong in my mind. Some think shunning only happens in Amish communities and such. Shunning is another word for disowned. Religion causing harm.

DP. It's not about "bias" per se, it is about the circular reasoning of using the bible to prove the bible. Or in this case, presupposing the bible to be true to try and reject the premise of the problem of evil.

God doesn't exist. God is a concept that was created by humans. Happy to clear that up for you.
