And we discovered that the Biden administration was dictating those rules to Twitter prior to the sale.

No, treating social media like gas or water, that is, a public utility. Meaning that it has to adhere to the first amendment and you can’t get banned by a private company for exercising your free speech rights. Much like how Washington Gas can’t legally cut your gas line in the winter cause you’re MAGA because it’s a public utility, but a private bank can debank you if they want.
