So rather than show he’s better than Biden, he crawls into the same sewer. And you’re ok with that?

The idea of helping any white person is so odious to the Episcopals that they rage quit

Why do these whites South Africans need help? Are they economic refugees or something? Surely they brought enough money to live on until they get established. Why do US taxpayers have to pay for them?

https://www.refugeforafrikaners.com/blog/afrikaner-refugee

For decades, Afrikaners have maintained a proud cultural heritage and strong ties to their land. Yet, many now worry that their future is under threat from policies and rhetoric that seem designed to erase their identity. In an unexpected twist in this complex narrative, U.S. President Donald Trump is stepping in to help, positioning himself as a champion for Afrikaner rights.

etc

Sounds a lot like what Palestinians in both Gaza and the West Bank endure.

If you dig into this, there is a ton of myth in the claims about white farmers being targeted. Number of victims are grossly inflated (in one period of time in 2017 400 farm murders of white people were claimed, but there were 74 total murders in the region cited). Murders on small rural homesteads on the edges of towns and cities (as opposed to actual farms for commercial ag production) are included.

Living in a "dangerous" area and needing to move doesn't make one a refugee, unless you are one of thousands fleeing for the safety because countless people are being starved or killed (see Sudan, Cambodia, Vietnam). If this were the case, anyone in the U.S. who decides to leave their neighborhood because of high crime-- let's say an increasing number of muggings, rapes, kidnappings, murders, and we all know there are cities in the US with this issue-- could call themselves a refugee.

Based on Trump's logic, families who left NYC in the 1970s because of the crime were refugees.

The US government relies on nonprofits to resettle refugees. At least one is refusing to work with this particular group of refugees. Good for them.

It is so interesting to me that doesn't seem to hear himself. Sincere question. Is it because:

- he is a profound hypocrite, he truly values these lives more than those of *every non-white person in the world*

- he has dementia and just can't hear how ridiculous he sounds

- he is genuinely clueless , like he doesn't know what policies we have held or that the US is supposed to like, say, Venezuelan refugees since we don't like the Venezuelan leader

Or is he such a sadistic sociopath that he knows exactly what he sounds like and is giving everyone the middle finger?

Q: There are many people who fit the criteria of fleeing persecution. Afghans for example. But they're being denied refugee status. So why such an exception for the Afrikaners?

TRUMP ADMIN OFFICIAL: One of the criteria is making sure they can be assimilated easily into our country

I don't think you've been awake for the past 8+ years.

They don't even live together. "Wife"? Huh. She's a rent-a-Barbie.
