Real estate is very stagnant here now. It's moving elsewhere in NOVA at a faster pace but city of Alexandria property is already having trouble selling. I'd post some examples but then people would say I'm a realtor when I'm not but you can look it up yourself if you have doubts.

You do realize Surovell lives in and represents the Fairfax county portion of Alexandria, which really had nothing to do with the city of Alexandria?
