It seems you don't know their names. Ankit Jain was elected last year, replacing Michael Brown (aka White Mike), who was elected in 2007

No one in Congress cares about DC unless it can be used to make or score political points. You wildly overestimate the influence (both current and potential) the non-voting DC Delegate has and these shadow senators have on Capitol Hill. And I hope you have other hopes and dreams in life because DC statehood ain’t happening for a very long time of ever.

No she is. She was even like that 6 years ago when I met with her one-on-one for my kid to receive an award from her.
