You missed the entire part of the Harvard lawsuits where Asians were judged much more 'harshly' on their character scores. They were cited as basically being 'too quiet and therefore likely not to succeed on a team environment', 'not funny', and other racist trope BS that was used to evaluate and reject them rather than basing it off their aptitude.

Imagine rejecting an African American student because the interviewer wrote down "likely to be too loud and will disrupt class". There would be outrage at that racist stereotype. Yet that's what happened to Asian students at some of these schools.

There are plenty of blacks and hispanics with near perfect GPA, the disparity is usually in the LSAT score. For a good law school a white male probably needs a 172 or so on the LSAT while tyhe required score would be much lower for blacks and hispanics.
