All his grand kids attend top tier private schools while rest of the public is left to deal with the consequences of their actions, their communities have been destroyed.
what? which communities?

But really? It seems like people I know who are not particularly affected by this issue are focused on it as a deciding factor in the election. It’s immigration, immigration, immigration.
Is immigration that terrible for our country? In my world at least, the most obvious related issue I see is that small businesses don’t have enough labor. So immigration is a good thing.
Maybe I’m myopic. Can someone please explain?
There are about two million legal immigrants every year. One million for green card lottery and more than that is green cards for family members.
Then there are illegal immigrants with a lot of people showing up on tourist or student visas and not leaving.
Biden/Harris on top of that are letting in millions more illegal immigrants every year. Many through parole, and an app where they don't show up at the border to claim asylum.
Or they claim asylum at the border, and they let them in with a court date that they may or may not shown up for, and it could be scheduled years in the future.
They are under no obligation to let them into the country, but they want to remake the US population to be more favorable to electing Democrats.
This is not discussed enough. Biden and Harris are letting almost 1,500 migrants schedule an appointment at our ports of entry every day - where they are not even screened for asylum. They are given parole, a work permit and released. They are also flying 30,000 migrants a month in and also giving them parole and a work permit. They are lawlessly creating immigration programs without the consent of Congress in order to bring more migrants here. They want to legalize them all, give them citizenship, and make them all Democrat voters - so that the public will never be able to vote them out of office. There will be so many illegals made citizens that Democrats will have permanent one party rule.

Is that simple enough for you?
I think the majority feel the same. Still not voting for Trump.
The majority, perhaps, but clearly not the political elites who welcome illegal immigrants with housing, money, and (apparently) sex change surgeries.
You really think we are stupid enough to believe that the government is paying for sex change surgery for undocumented migrants??
Not now, but Kamala wants to make that the law when she’s elected. She’s on ads on television stating her support for taxpayer funded sex changes for prisoners and illegal immigrants.
you'll have to provide a cite for that....
See her answer to question 14.
It is important that transgender individuals who rely
on the state for care receive the treatment they need, which includes access to treatment associated with gender transition. That’s why, as Attorney General, I pushed the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to provide gender transition surgery to state inmates. I support policies ensuring that federal prisoners and detainees are able to obtain medically necessary care for gender transition, including surgical care, while incarcerated or detained. Transition treatment is a medical necessity, and I will direct all federal agencies responsible for providing essential medical care to deliver transition treatment.

TPS is a temporary benefit that does not lead to lawful permanent resident status or give any other immigration status.

So No, they are not legal immigrants. They do not have green cards. They are here under Temporary protected status. Yes, they are allowed to be here for now, but it is not implied they are legal immigrants who will be allowed to stay in the US when TPS runs out.
There are many types of legal immigrants. They are allowed to be here under the law. They are therefore legal.
Legal temporarily. TPS does not imply any access to green cards or permanent legal status. Once TPS runs out, they may not stay here per the law the way it is written. TPS confers them no legal status once over.

You mean Trump is running ads accusing her of this?
In any case, who gives a *&(# ? Do you think there are so many prisoners and undocumented immigrants seeking gender reassignment surgery that it will put any kind of dent in the federal budget?
Compare that with what Trump's tax cuts for billionaires and his proposed tariff-heavy concept of an economic plan will do to the economy.
This combines Trump's two biggest wedge issues: immigration and trans stuff.
Without these, Trump basically has no platform.
I don't why Democrats couldn't distance themselves from the excesses of the trans movement, like the six foot tall transwomen playing in women's sports, but now it may get Trump re-elected.
You’re exactly right. If the Democrats followed reasonable policies on the border and trans issues, this election would be a non-issue. It’s insane that Trump has a chance of winning this thing, but here we are.
I'm not sure why the Ds are so willing to relax the border, but I imagine it is a combination of corporate interests (to expand the labor supply) and self interest in expanding the democratic party voter base.

3 Supreme Court picks lost because Hillary lost to an idiot like Trump!!!
Hillary wanted to expand HXX1B program and replace US workers with hundreds of thousands of guest workers.

Trump was the ONLY candidate to advocate for less immigration. Both parties push for more immigration to replace US workers. But Democrats used to be the party of labor.

If Democrats reduced the overwhelming immigration and focused on US workers first, they would never lose.
