Agree. It is rather odd. I have heard some stories about him through friends that he’s very entitled and couldn’t deal with not being treated as if he’s the best and brightest. He probably was treated very differently than he was in his home town.
Because he's not a best and brightest anything. He couldn't hack it at Penn or after, so he reverted to his mean; a dime a dozen dixie idiot who married a bottom rung bimbo who doesn't know any better.

Nope not like that at all. He didn’t even make it through an analyst or associate program. I was in IB.
If Jett could cut it he’d still be in banking or at least do something like PE. He sells (or sold?) dental companies and claimed it’s PE as if he works for Carlyle. No one who starts at Citi as an analyst wants to sell dental practices from a strip mall in Texas.

This is true but it’s also true that Jett couldn’t hack it in banking and his career never took off despite a JD and MBA from Penn.

That man is clearly a fruitcake and a 4.0 gpa from a degree mill hick business college in the South ain't impressive. His current "job" is highly suspect, which teases out he crashed and burned after Penn and probably didn't warrant being admitted in the first place (Peter principle). He married that woman because she's poor, dumber than a rock, and desperate. There is absolutely nothing old money about them. More like larping buffoons.
